WEDDING PLAN 2010
Thank you for considering us as the photographer for your upcoming wedding. Before you hire a photographer, please consider the four important services that should be offered by an experienced professional photographer for a beautiful, stress free wedding day. Convenience, uniqueness, creativity and quality.
With Wedding Plan 2010, you receive the services of Bill Gordon & Mary Gordon as your photographers. They put forth a team effort for you to capture those timeless/traditional images and the new documentary style, naturally "unposed" images that are unique and creative.
Our Wedding Plan 2010 includes studio type portraits plus the new documentary style photos and outdoor location portraits of the bride and groom. We photograph parents, sisters, brothers and the wedding party before the ceremony begins. After the ceremony, we photograph the bride and groom, the wedding party, the grandparents and other family members at the front of the church near the altar or at the designated outdoor location. There is no time limit for our services at the ceremony. We will travel with the bride and groom to another outdoor location between the end of the ceremony and the arrival at the reception, if the time is made available to us. We will then continue with up to (4) hours of photography of your wedding reception.
We typically capture about (400) images of a wedding ceremony and reception. Those (400) images are edited down to (200) images which are then made into 4x5 inch prints. (152) prints are then selected and placed in a wedding album. The remaining (48) prints are presented to you free of charge. An unedited DVD containing all (400) images of the wedding, along with written permission to reproduce, copy or print all the images, is included with Wedding Plan 2010.
An important part of our service included in Wedding Plan 2010 is attending the wedding rehearsal at the church or designated location. This gives us a chance to meet with the ceremony official, the wedding party and any family members we have not met yet. For your convenience we will distribute a Wedding Day Schedule, which we have developed with you, to everyone involved in the wedding. In that way everyone knows where they should be and when they should be there and what is expected of them by the bride and groom on the wedding day.
Our experience, our special attention to detail, our consideration for your family and friends and especially the fine quality of our photographs completes the package of our commitment to you.
The cost for Wedding Plan 2010 is $1395.00 plus sales tax.
